Asare-Dankwah	John	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	In 2008, a priest named Asare-Dankwah was accused of raping and assaulting a boy, age 10. The priest was suspended pending investigation and reported to federal authorities after an archdiocesan audit showed possible financial crimes committed during his time at St. Peter Claver.
Basty	John F.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Ordained in 1908, died in 1956. First named publicly as accused by the archdiocese on its list 11/2/2018. Allegation noted to have been received in 1946, of abuse in the 1940s.
Archer	Richard Raphael	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	In late 2018, the Dominicans St. Joseph Province named Archer publicly as accused of sexual abuse. In 2002, he was removed from public ministry, and in 2019, the Baton Rouge diocese added his name to its list.
Avallone	Paul	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused by the New Orleans archdiocese on its list 11/2/2018. Reportedly worked as director-principal of Salesian high schools in Sherbrooke, Quebec and Marrero, LA, and superintendent of New Rochelle Province schools.
Benedict	James Francis	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused on the archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018. It noted allegation was received in 2003 of abuse in the late 1950s. Benedict died in 1984.
Bezou	Henry C.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Monsignor Bezou was accused of raping a 9-year-old altar boy in 1977. The archdiocese settled with the man, but did not add Bezou to its list of accused priests.
Booth	Everard J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Jesuit brother, named publicly by the Central and Southern Province Jesuits as credibly accused of sexual abuse, died in 1986.
Botto	Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Botto entered the Salesian order in 1931 and made final vows in 1936. He was accused of sexual abuse in 2010 but the Salesians have not confirmed the allegations.
Boudreaux	Claude P.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Boudreaux, an 80-year-old teacher at Jesuit High, was placed on leave in 2005 after a complaint of abuse occurring 30 years prior. He lived in Jesuit communities in New Orleans and Wauwatosa WI, and died in 2016.
Ehlinger	Harold	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	A social worker reported Ehlinger to her supervisor after boys in her care disclosed abuse by the Brother, and saw several years later that Ehlinger was working with children at a Catholic school.
Brady	Daniel Patrick	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Brady was first named publicly as accused by the New Orleans archdiocese on 11/2/2018. He was included on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list in 2019 with one known allegation of abuse 1961-1963 while at Holy Ghost in Hammond.
Brignac	George	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Indicted	Multiple alleged victims, as young as age 3. Dismissed in 1960, taught at several schools, and groped a student in 1984. Settlement of abuse claims in 2018 after outcry from the public. Brignac was a parish lector.
	Harold	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A lawsuit was filed by four men against Brother Harold, alleging physical and sexual abuse when they were teenage residents of Hope Haven and Madonna Manor.
Brueschere	Dave	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Named in a 2005 civil suit. One of several religious accused of abuse at Madonna Manor, a Catholic home for troubled children. At least one claim included in an almost $5.2M settlement with Archdiocese in Fall 2009.
Calamari	Paul	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Calamari was removed from ministry in 2003 after credible allegation of abuse, likely in the 1970s, before ordination. He was also working as field supervisor for Penn State Univ’s Center for Survey Research until name released, and was also working for PA Department of Corrections.
Cambiaire	Pierre Celestin	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A priest was named publicly as accused of abuse in the late 1910s. He was removed from ministry in 1917 and died in 1955.
Ceglar	Stanislaus	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Accused of abuse in the 1960s, died in 1994. Included on the Salesians list of credibly accused in 3/2020.
Collery	James C.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	Collery was first named publicly as accused by the New Orleans archdiocese on 11/2/2018. A lawsuit was filed in 4/2020 alleging abuse of a St. Ann’s in Metarie altar boy in the early 1980s.
Cinel	Dino	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Historian and teacher at Tulane, found with child porn and tapes of himself having sex with teenage boys in the rectory in 1988. Laicized in 2010, divorced in 2015, petitioned the Vatican for justice, murdered 2/1/2018 in Medellin, Colombia.
Chotin	Joseph L.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Chotin was accused of making sexual advances on a teenage boy, but the case was dismissed in 1991.
Cooper	Robert K.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A man reported in 2007 that he was sexually abused by Cooper and Rev. Luis Fernandez while a student at St. John Vianney Prep. Archbishop Aymond helped the boy and other students who complained about Cooper.
Cosgrove	John L. Malachy	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Religious brother. Professed solemn vows 1959, became a part of the Province of St. Martin de Porres in 1979, and worked in Somerset, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Chimbote, Peru, New Haven, CT, New York, NY, and Providence, RI.
Csik	Paul	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Csik was first named publicly as accused by the New Orleans archdiocese on 11/2/2018. He died in 1970.
Dabria	Jerry J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Accused of sexual abuse of a minor, but not added to the archbishop’s list of accused.
Dark	Lawrence T.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Multiple allegations of abuse, occurring in the 1960s-1970s in Louisiana. Dark was named publicly as accused by his order on its list 6/12/2019.
Davidson	Carl	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	A man claimed that Davidson tried to molest him as a boy in 1980 during an overnight stay at the St. John Vianney Prep school rectory in New Orleans. Davidson was removed and “retired” in 2002, and died in 2007.
Davied	Frank L.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A man told the Franciscans that Davied molested him as a child decades prior, and the priest denied the allegation. He was included on several lists, including the Las Cruces diocese’s list and the New Orleans archdiocese’s list.
DeRussy	Edward D.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Multiple allegations of abuse, occurring in the 1970s, by a Jesuit priest. Died in 2001.
deWater	Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	DeWater was ordained in the Netherlands and was living in retirement when he was suspended by Bishop Aymond pending the investigation of an allegation of abuse.
Dickerson	Donald J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Dickerson was accused of abuse of boys from prior to ordination and throughout priesthood. He was removed from ministry in 1986 and was accused of sex abuse of boys at Jesuit High in New Orleans in the 1970s.
Ducote	Jerome	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Ducote was first named publicly as accused on 11/2/2018. He was dispensed from the priesthood in 1970.
Esposito	Anthony	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as abused on 11/2/2018, allegation received in 2006, laicized in 1973, died in 1987.
Dyer	Bernardine George	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	George Dyer, a Dominican priest, was named publicly as accused of child sexual abuse by the Dominicans St. Joseph Province in late 2018. He worked in several archdioceses, including Washington DC, San Francisco, and New Orleans.
Farino	Michael	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused on the New Orleans archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018. Removed from ministry in 1990 after an allegation. Abuse allegedly occurred in the 1970s and 1980s.
Faggioni	Ernest	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Fagione or Faggione worked at Archbishop Shaw High School, Hope Haven in Marrero and St. John Bosco in Harvey. He was included on the archdiocese’s list in 2018.
Faler	Justin Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	On 11/2/2018, a man was named publicly as accused of abusing two minors at St Joseph Abbey Benedictines. He died in 1979.
Fernandez	Luis J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A man reported to the archdiocese in 2007 that he was abused by Fernandez and Rev. Robert Cooper, and a second accuser came forward in 2020 with allegations of abuse by Fernandez in the 1980s.
Feehan	Vincent	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Feehan was one of four priests accused of abuse of a boy, and was dismissed in 1991. He died in 2010.
Fontenot	Bryan James	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Named publicly as accused on the New Orleans archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018, and on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list early 2019 for multiple allegations of abuse in 1983.
Findon	Charles A.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Accused of making sexual advances towards a 13-year-old altar boy and showing him pornographic films.
Franklin	Jonathan W.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Charged	Franklin was ordained for Savannah diocese and worked in New Orleans, Alexandria, Savannah and Atlanta GA, Pensacola FL, Cullman AL. He was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy in 1985 when temporarily assigned to St. Anne’s in Pensacola, FL.
Fraser	Michael B.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Accused of molesting a 17-year-old boy in 1991, placed on leave in 2004 after an allegation of sexual abuse of a child in the mid-1980s, and sued the archdiocese in 2005. Died in 2019.
Gandara	Robert	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Convicted	Gandara was accused of performing sexual acts on a 16-year-old boy in 1989, spent nine months in jail, and was placed on probation until 1995. He left the order in 1994.
Glasgow	Thomas Gaspard	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	From the West Indies. First named publicly as accused on archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018. Allegation to the diocese in 2007 of abuse in the late 1970s. Removed from ministry 2008.
Glapion	Lloyd	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	The archdiocese settled a lawsuit against Glapion and Hamilton in 2018 after they denied wrongdoing.
Guarise	Justin	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Guarise professed vows as a Salesian brother in 1954 and withdrew in 1963.
Hagan	Alvin Marie	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Sr. Alvin Marie was accused of sexually abusing a boy for 10 years at Madonna Manor, and was also accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy at Hope Haven.
Hagan	Gertrude Marie	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Sued in 2005, along with two other nuns, a priest and a lay employee of Madonna Manor, for abuse of a boy over 10 years, beginning in 1965.
Hamilton	Kenneth	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	The archdiocese settled a lawsuit in 2018 with a boy who claimed Hamilton and Glapion sexually abused him.
Hart	Paul S.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A woman reported to the archdiocese that Hart had sexually abused her when she was a 17-year-old. The archbishop denied the allegations and Hart stepped down from his job as chaplain of Brother Martin High School.
Hebert	Raymond P.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Monsignor Hebert was sued in 2005 by four men claiming abuse as boys by Hebert at Madonna Manor. The case was dismissed in 2010 and Hebert withdrew his counter-suit after attorneys for the accusers filed an acknowledgment in court.
Henao	Luis E.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Reinstated	Henao was placed on leave in 2002 after allegations of sex with a minor were substantiated. He now has dementia.
Hecker	Lawrence	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Indicted	Monsignor Hecker was named publicly as accused on 11/2/2018 of sexual abuse of seven teenagers and an adult male with a mental disability. He was sent to treatment, diagnosed as a pedophile, and allowed to quietly retire in 2002. Hecker was accused of fondling a group of boys at St. Joseph’s in Gretna in 1968, and the Baton Rouge diocese knew of his abuse for decades. He was subject of an FBI investigation in 2022. Hecker was charged with raping and kidnapping a teenager decades prior, but pled not guilty. He was determined not competent to stand trial due to short-term memory loss, but could improve and stand trial later.
Hindman	Gerald	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Hindman was named publicly as accused by the St Joseph Abbey Benedictines in November 2018.
Hotard	Howard	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Monsignor, first named publicly in 1995, accused of abuse in the early 1980s.
Highfill	Henry Brian	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	Added to the archdiocese’s list of accused in 8/2020, removed in 2018 after allegations of abuse, occurring 1975-1981. Highfill is accused of abuse of an altar boy, age 10, in the early 1970s at a Metarie parish. The family showed cards and love letters to Archbishop Aymond, but no action was taken. Highfill’s name was added to the Las Vegas diocese’s list in 8/2020, and he was being investigated by the Air Force for alleged abuse in the 1980s.
Hurley	Michael F.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Hurley was first named publicly as accused by the New Orleans archdiocese on 11/2/2018. He was on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list in early 2019.
Isgro	Salvatore “Sam”	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A 17-year-old boy claimed a Salesian priest raped him in 1979, and a bishop believed him and put him in touch with a Salesian official, Fr. Stephen Ryan, who allegedly told the man to keep the entire issue quiet.
Howell	Gerard Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Fr. Rodney Howell was accused of molesting dozens of students at a school for the deaf in New Orleans in the 1970s. He was removed from the priesthood in 1980 and re-assigned in 1982 to a parish in Westwego LA. New Orleans archbishop Aymond sent him to St. John Vianney Center for treatment in 2009 for pedophilia.
Keane	Patrick	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	A man told church authorities in 1994 of repeated abuse by Keane when he was a teenager in the early 1980s. Keane was sent for treatment; left the priesthood.
Kilgour	James	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Kilgour was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy 1980-1981. The lawsuit was dismissed in 1991 and Kilgour was placed on leave.
Kita	August	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Kita died in 2008, and was included in a $5.2M settlement with the New Orleans archdiocese. He was also listed on the Salesians’ list.
Langenstein	Richard J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Convicted	A retired Christian Brother was accused of abuse of a 15-year-old boy in 1997. He pled no contest in 2000 and was given a three years suspended sentence and five years probation.
Landry	Wesley Michael	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Monsignor Landry admitted to the Archdiocese in 1993 that he had a sexual relationship with a man for decades. The Archdiocese gave the man $7,000 for a release and Landry “retired”.
Lawrence	Ralph V.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	A priest was named publicly as accused of abuse in the early 1930s. He died in 1992.
LeBourgeois	Louis	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	A woman reported Monsignor LeBourgeois sexually abusing her when she was four years old in 1968. The New Orleans Archdiocese confronted LeBourgeois, who denied the abuse, and went into a coma and died three months later.
LeBlanc	Francis William	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Convicted	LeBlanc, a priest, molest three girls, ages 7-10, from 3/1/1994 to 8/16/1995. He died in 2009.
Loeffler	James D.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Jesuit priest named publicly as credibly accused of abuse occurring in the 1950s and 1960s. Died in 1984.
Lockwood	James C.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Charged	Lockwood was ordained a permanent diaconate in 1974, but was accused of molesting two boys in the late 1970s. He was removed from ministry in 1978, and was included on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list in early 2019.
Martinez	Samuel F.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	At least 10 men alleged abuse by Martinez while he was principal of Cathedral High School in El Paso 1976-1985. The suit settled in 7/2004 and one additional plaintiff filed suit in 5/2004.
Masters	Andrew (Dorfmeister)	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Rev. Andrew (Dorfmeister) Masters was first named publicly as accused on the New Orleans archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018. He died in 2008, at age 98, and was included on the Archdiocese of Chicago’s list 5/4/2023.
Miller	William A.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused on the New Orleans archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018. Allegation received in 1946 of abuse in the late 1940s. Died in 1972.
Ory	Claude L.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Worked at Jesuit High in New Orleans in the 1970s, was accused of repeated molestation of a Jesuit High student, was removed from Jesuit High School in Dallas in 1994, and moved to Mobile, AL in 2000.
O’Donnell	William J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	O’Donnell was accused of raping two adolescent boys over a two-year period, but the Archbishop of New Orleans said the allegations had “no semblance of truth” and did not add him to the list of credibly accused.
Pankowski	Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Accused of abuse in the 1940s and 1950s, died in 1981. Included on the Salesians’ list of credibly accused.
Pearce	J. Donald	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Jesuit High School Spanish teacher, prefect of discipline, and president, named publicly as accused of abuse in the 1960s.
Pimple	Alfred	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Pimple was first named publicly as accused on 11/2/2018. He was added to the Diocese of Wichita’s list on 10/15/2019.
Putnam	Gorham Joseph	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused by the archdiocese on its list 11/2/2018. Allegation noted to have been received in 2002 of abuse in the early 1950s. Putnam died in 1993.
Ray	Samuel H.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Ray was named publicly as credibly accused by the Jesuits’ Central and Southern Province on its list 12/17/2021. He died in 1983.
Repucci	Stanley	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	Accused in a 7/21 lawsuit of sexually abusing a boy, age 10 or 11, in 1968 or 1969, at Holy Cross School summer camp in New Orleans. Repucci is deceased.
Rogero	Elmo J.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Named publicly as accused by the Jesuits Central and Southern Province on its list 12/7/2018. Died in 1959. Allegation received after his death of abuse in the 1950s. Worked in New Orleans, LA and Mobile, AL.
Sax	John C.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Sax was placed on leave in 2000 after an allegation that he molested an altar boy. He was removed from ministry in 2004.
Sanders	Patrick	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Sanders was pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Belle Chasse when placed on leave in 2004. He became an attorney and surrendered his law license in 2021 after lying on his bar exam applications regarding his past.
Seery	John	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	First named publicly as accused by the archdiocese on its list 11/2/2018. It noted an allegation received in 1978 of abuse in the late 1970s, and that Seery left the United States in 1978 and died in 2011.

Strassel	Malcolm	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Monsignor was first publicly named as accused in 9/2018. He was included on the archdiocese’s list in 11/2/2018, and on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list in early 2019.
Marie	Martin	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	Sued in 2005, along with two other nuns, a priest and a lay employee of Madonna Manor, for abuse of a boy for over 10 years, beginning in 1965.

Temme	Roger	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Accused	Accused of abuse in the late 1970s, left the priesthood and worked for non-profit organizations in Austin, TX.
Wattigny	Patrick	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Charged	Wattigny was pastor of St. Luke the Evangelist in Slidell, since 2013, when he told archdiocesan officials that he sexually abused a minor in 2013. He was removed from assignment, law enforcement notified, and was sentenced to five years in prison and five years’ probation.
Wheeler	Virgil Maxey	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Guilty plea	Wheeler was ordained for the diaconate in 2018, assigned to St. Francis Xavier in Old Metairie, attorney, and pleaded guilty to four charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile in 2022. He died in 2023.
Weber	John Anthony	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Sued	First named publicly as accused on the New Orleans archdiocese’s list 11/2/2018, and then on the Baton Rouge diocese’s list in early 2019. A lawsuit was filed in 3/2022 claiming abuse of a boy 1975-1976.
Wren	Benjamin L.	Archdiocese of New Orleans LA	Settled	A girl was accused of sexually assaulting and raping a Jesuit teacher at Loyola University in New Orleans from 1978-1985. The teacher died in 2006, and his name was added to a list of credibly accused in 2018.
Allison	William G.	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Sued	Ordained for Diocese of Alexandria LA, worked in AZ and CA, and died in 1987. Accused of abuse in Gallup, deemed credible in 2005, and sued in 2013 against the Gallup Diocese. On the Monterey Diocese’s list since 2003.
Andries	John Wesley	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Guilty plea	Accused of fondling a boy, suspended from ministry, sent to treatment, returned to ministry, pleaded innocent, convicted of sexual battery, laicized, died in 2013, on the diocese’s list.
Allen	Edward Terry	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Accused	Allen was named publicly as accused by the diocese in 2019 and resigned from active ministry in 2005.
Boyer	Gilles	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Accused	The diocese named Boyer publicly as accused of sexually abusing a boy in the mid-1970s.
Conway	Paul E.	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Settled	Monsignor Conway was named publicly as accused of sexually abusing female minors in 1956.
Couvillon	Francis O.	Diocese of Alexandria LA	Accused	After a review of Couvillon’s file, the Review Board deemed credible allegations of sexual abuse of male minors dating back to the 1950s. Couvillon died in 1978.

Guidry	Michael S.	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Convicted	Guidry was accused of sexual abuse of a minor several years prior at St. Peter’s in Morrow. Guidry pleaded guilty to molestation in 2019 and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, three years suspended. He was released on bail under house arrest in 2020 but was sent back to prison after sentencing appeals were denied. The victim’s father was excommunicated from the Catholic Church after “distressing revelations regarding sexual abuse scandals”.

Hebert	Lloyd P.	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Accused	Hebert resigned from his parish in 1986 after being accused of molesting an adolescent. He was suspended by the diocese and died in 2004.
Herpin	L. Michael	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Accused	In 2002, a vicar was removed from his post and sent to treatment after admitting to sexual impropriety with a minor.

Morvant	Kenneth	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Sued	A man stated publicly that Morvant repeatedly sexually abused him over two years, beginning when he was an 8-year-old altar boy at St. Martin de Tours in Martinville. He said there were 45 known victims, and that Morvant abused hundreds.
Nunez	Albert G.	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Accused	Nunez was reportedly accused of molesting two brothers, one by then deceased, in the 1970s. He denied the allegations, and is now living in a diocesan nursing home.

Pousson	Donald Raymond	Diocese of Lafayette LA	Accused	In 2002 the bishop denied prior knowledge of the alleged molestation, but said that an investigation of Pousson was pending. Pousson was placed on administrative leave in 1994 and spent several months in in-patient treatment in St. Louis.

Mosca	Gregory	Diocese of Lake Charles LA	Sued	Olivetan Benedictine, accused of molesting an altar boy in the late 1970s, removed from ministry in 1986, transferred to the Diocese of Monterey CA, died in 2018.
Normantowicz	Edmund	Diocese of Lake Charles LA	Accused	Edmund Normanmtowicz, a La Salette Missionary, was named publicly as accused by the Lake Charles, LA diocese of sexual abuse of minors, occurring 1976-1978 and 1980 in Sulphur, LA. He was prohibited from ministry.
Soileau	Charles	Diocese of Lake Charles LA	Accused	Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list 4/11/19. Accused in 1999 of sex abuse of a minor in Houston TX and Vinton LA in 1995. Removed from ministry in 1999. Died in 2011.
Walsh	J. Patrick	Diocese of Lake Charles LA	Accused	Named publicly as credibly accused by the U.S. Central and Southern Province Jesuits in 12/2021, with one allegation of abuse occurring 1959-1960.

The Lafayette Diocese: Following the above case, Bienvenu has since heard from many others who were abused while attending churches within the Lafayette, LA Diocese. There are five other St. Martinvile survivors who have abuse claims against the same priest, Father Kenneth Morvant, who is deceased. They have remained anonymous. Even though there were multiple incidents of abuse from Morvant, the Lafayette Diocese left his name off their 2019 list of credible priests accused. This has spawned an additional investigation into the Lafayette Diocesan review board. The Louisiana Supreme Court has agreed to review the case, but the lawsuit status is still pending.
